The medium grit diamond burs are ideal for crown preparation, reshaping, occlusal reduction, access preparaton, smoothing tooth structure and restoration materials. Each bur undergoes a rigorous, standardized cleaning process to ensure optimal hygiene and performance: first polished in a rotary bur polisher to remove residual particles and restore surface shine; then placed in an ultrasonic cleaning unit to eliminate any remaining debris; thoroughly rinsed with hot water over a designated wastewater sink; the cleaning solution is filtered to remove contaminants; and finally, the burs are carefully dried in an oven at 80 °C (176 °F) to ensure complete moisture removal. This multi-step procedure guarantees that every iM3 Bur is clean, polished, and ready for safe and effective use.
